Samenvatting

Sales Manager is een fulltime vrijgestelde managementfunctie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de prestaties van het Nederlandse Sales Team, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot teambuilding, training, prestatiebeoordeling. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verzorgen van key accounts aan de westkust?!.
De werkomgeving is een gedeeld kantoor of ruimte, afhankelijk van de kantoorruimteconfiguratie van Fortune Energy. Kantooruren zijn van maandag tot vrijdag van 9.00 tot 17.00 uur.

Functieomschrijving

Hoofdtaak: Nr.1 - Het opbouwen en onderhouden van het verkoopteam in ons kantoor in Utrecht, Nederland. Onderhoudt het personeel in Utrecht door het werven, selecteren, oriënteren en trainen van medewerkers. Onderhoudt de resultaten van het verkoopteam door het adviseren en disciplineren van medewerkers; het plannen, controleren en beoordelen van de resultaten. Levert een bijdrage aan het team door waar nodig gerelateerde resultaten te behalen.

Hoofdtaak: nr. 2 - Vaststellen en bereiken van jaarlijkse verkoopquota. Stelt verkoopdoelstellingen vast door prognoses te maken en jaarlijkse verkoopquota te ontwikkelen voor regio's en gebieden; voorspelt het verwachte verkoopvolume voor bestaande en nieuwe producten. Onderhoudt professionele en technische kennis door het bijwonen van educatieve workshops; het lezen van professionele publicaties; het opzetten van persoonlijke netwerken; deelname aan beroepsverenigingen. Proactief zoeken naar mogelijkheden voor verbetering van het verkoopproces.

Hoofdtaak: nr. 3 - Een goede key account relatie onderhouden. De hieronder beschreven kenmerken zijn representatief voor de kenmerken die men tegenkomt bij het uitvoeren van de essentiële functies van deze functie. Stelt quota vast voor het behoud van key accounts en een plan voor het onderhouden van relaties.

Werkomgeving en fysieke eisen:

-Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van strategisch plan om het Key Accountbestand van het bedrijf uit te breiden.
-Overwerk kan nodig zijn als de werkdruk dit vereist. Dit kunnen werkdagen, weekenden en/of feestdagen zijn.
-Deze functie vereist veel reizen.

Main Job Duty: No.1 – To Build and maintain sales team in our Utrecht,Netherlands office
Maintains Utrecht staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains sales team job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Main Job Duty: No.2 – To establish and achieve sales annual quotas.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement.

Main Job Duty: No.3 – To maintain good key account relationship.
The characteristics described below are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.
Establishes key account retention rate quotas and relationship maintaining plan.

Work Environmental & Physical Demands:
•Develop and execute strategic plan to expand the company’s Key Account base
•Overtime may be necessary as workload’s dictate. This may include weekdays, weekends and/or holidays.
•This position requires extensive travel.
