Samenvatting


Human Resource Manager is een fulltime functie en werkt samen met de president van het bedrijf. Uw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn het onderhouden en verbeteren van de human resources van de organisatie door het plannen, implementeren en evalueren van werknemersrelaties, prestaties en personeelsbeleid, -programma's en -praktijken.
De werkomgeving is een gedeeld kantoor/ruimte, afhankelijk van de kantoorconfiguratie van Fortune Energy. Kantooruren zijn maandag-vrijdag 9.00-12.00 uur, 13.00-17.00 uur.

Functieomschrijving:

- Onderhoudt het personeel van de organisatie door het opzetten van een wervings-, test- en sollicitatieprogramma; adviseert managers bij de selectie van kandidaten; voert en analyseert exitgesprekken; doet aanbevelingen voor veranderingen.
- Onderhoudt de werkstructuur door het bijwerken van functie-eisen en functiebeschrijvingen voor alle functies.
- Bereidt werknemers voor op opdrachten door het opstellen en uitvoeren van oriëntatie- en opleidingsprogramma's.
- Zorgt voor planning, controle en beoordeling van de werkresultaten van de werknemers door managers op te leiden in het coachen en disciplineren van werknemers; het plannen van managementconferenties met werknemers; het aanhoren en oplossen van klachten van werknemers; het adviseren van werknemers en supervisors.
- Zorgt ervoor dat de wetgeving wordt nageleefd door de toepasselijke federale en staatsvereisten op het gebied van personeelszaken te controleren en toe te passen; voert onderzoeken uit; houdt dossiers bij; vertegenwoordigt de organisatie bij hoorzittingen.
- Onderhoudt managementrichtlijnen door het opstellen, bijwerken en aanbevelen van personeelsbeleid en -procedures.
- Houdt historische personeelsdossiers bij door het ontwerpen van een opslag- en zoeksysteem; het bijhouden van vroegere en huidige dossiers.
- Onderhoudt professionele en technische kennis door het bijwonen van educatieve workshops, het lezen van professionele publicaties, het opzetten van persoonlijke netwerken en deelname aan beroepsverenigingen.
- Voldoet aan de operationele vereisten van personeelszaken door werknemers in te roosteren en toe te wijzen; follow-up van werkresultaten.
- Zorgt voor het personeelsbestand door het werven, selecteren, oriënteren en opleiden van werknemers.
- Zorgt voor de resultaten van het personeelsbeleid door het adviseren en disciplineren van werknemers; het plannen, controleren en beoordelen van de resultaten van het werk.
- Levert een bijdrage aan het team door waar nodig gerelateerde resultaten te bereiken.

Kwalificaties:

- Minimaal 5 jaar progressief meer verantwoordelijke functies in human resources, PHR / SPHR - certificeringen een pluspunt - niet vereist.
- Sterke effectieve communicator in schrift, zakelijke presentaties en in interpersoonlijke communicatie.
- Sterk ontwikkelde, aantoonbare vaardigheden in teamverband.
- Aantoonbaar vermogen om de productiviteit te verhogen en voortdurend methoden, benaderingen en de bijdrage van de afdeling te verbeteren en tegelijkertijd kostenbewust te zijn. Toewijding aan continu leren.
- Aantoonbaar vermogen om het grote geheel te zien en nuttig en strategisch advies en input te leveren voor het hele bedrijf.
- Het vermogen om leiding te geven in een omgeving die voortdurend verandert. Ervaring met het werken in een flexibele werkomgeving die de werknemers meer zeggenschap geeft.
- Bekendheid en vaardigheid met de instrumenten van het vakgebied personeelszaken, waaronder HRIS, Microsoft Office, dossierbeheer en benefits administration.
- Ervaring op meerdere locaties is een pluspunt.

Summary
Human Resource Manager is a full time position working with President of company. Your main job responsibilities are to maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations, performance and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Work environment is a shared office /space depending on Fortune Energy office space configuration. Core office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00AM-12AM, 1:00PM - 5:00PM.
· Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
· Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
· Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
· Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
· Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
· Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
· Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
· Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
· Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
· Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

· Min 5 years of progressively more responsible positions in human resources, PHR / SPHR – certifications a plus - Not required
· Strong effective communicator in writing, business presentations and in interpersonal communication.
· Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
· Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution while being cost-sensitive. Commitment to continuous learning.
· Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful and strategic advice and input across the company.
· Ability to lead in an environment of constant change. Experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment.
· Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in human resources including HRIS, Microsoft Office suite of products, file management, and benefits administration.
· Experience in multiple locations is a plus.
