Functieomschrijving

1.Presenteren en verkopen van producten en diensten van het bedrijf aan huidige en potentiële klanten.
2.Actieplannen en schema's opstellen om specifieke doelen te identificeren en het aantal te leggen contacten te projecteren.
3.Follow-up van nieuwe leads en verwijzingen als gevolg van activiteiten in het veld.
4.Verkoopvooruitzichten identificeren en contact opnemen met deze en andere accounts zoals toegewezen.
5.Presentaties, voorstellen en verkoopcontracten voorbereiden.
6.Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van verkoopmateriaal en actuele productkennis.
7.Opzetten en onderhouden van relaties met huidige klanten en potentiële klanten.
8.Voorbereiden van papierwerk om contractdiensten te activeren en te onderhouden.
9.Accountdiensten beheren door middel van kwaliteitscontroles en andere follow-up.
10.Identificeren en oplossen van problemen van klanten.
11.Opstellen van diverse statusrapporten, waaronder activiteiten, afsluitingen, follow-up en het halen van doelstellingen.
12.Het communiceren van nieuwe product- en servicemogelijkheden, speciale ontwikkelingen, informatie of feedback verzameld door veldactiviteiten aan het juiste bedrijfspersoneel.
13.Coördineert het bedrijfspersoneel om het werk te doen dat nodig is om de verkoop te sluiten.
14.Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van speciale verkoopactiviteiten om de voorraad te verminderen.
15.Andere taken zoals toegewezen.

Als Sales Representative ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verkopen van producten of diensten aan klanten. Jouw belangrijkste taak is om nieuwe klanten aan te trekken en bestaande klanten te behouden door middel van relatiebeheer en verkoopstrategieën. Je werkt nauw samen met het sales team om de sales targets te halen en zorgt voor een optimale klantervaring. Je bent communicatief sterk en weet hoe je effectieve verkoopgesprekken moet voeren.

In de rol van Sales Representative ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volgen van trends in de markt en het bijhouden van de concurrentie. In deze functie werk je op basis van targets en ben je altijd op zoek naar nieuwe mogelijkheden om jouw verkoopresultaten te verbeteren.

Kwalificaties

I.Basisvaardigheden in lezen, schrijven en rekenen vereist. Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
II.Vermogen om anderen te overtuigen en te beïnvloeden. Vermogen om presentaties te ontwikkelen en te geven. Het vermogen om schriftelijk materiaal te creëren, samen te stellen en te bewerken.
III.Sterke interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden. Kennis van reclame- en verkoopbevorderingstechnieken.
IV.Zichtbaarheid vereist het handhaven van een professioneel uiterlijk en het bieden van een positief bedrijfsimago aan het publiek.
V.Het werk vereist de bereidheid om een flexibel schema te werken en af en toe 's nachts te reizen.

Salaris

€2800 op fulltime basis (40uur) exclusief bonusregeling. De bonusregeling wordt besproken tijdens het sollicitatiegesprek.

Job Description

1.Present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers.
2.Create action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.
3.Follow up on new leads and referrals as a result of field activities.
4.Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
5.Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
6.Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
7.Establish and maintain relationships with current customers and potential customers.
8.Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
9.Manage account services through quality control and other follow-up.
10.Identify and resolve customer issues.
11.Prepare various status reports including activities, closings, follow-up and meeting targets.
12.Communicating new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activities to appropriate company personnel.
13.Coordinates company personnel to do the work necessary to close sales.
14.Develops and implements special sales activities to reduce inventory.
15.Other duties as assigned.

As a Sales Representative, you are responsible for selling products or services to customers. Your main job is to attract new customers and retain existing customers through relationship management and sales strategies. You will work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and ensure an optimal customer experience. You are communicatively strong and know how to make effective sales calls.

In the Sales Representative role, you will be responsible for tracking market trends and keeping up with the competition. In this position, you work on targets and are always looking for new opportunities to improve your sales results.

Qualifications

I.Basic literacy and numeracy skills required. Fluent Dutch and English.
II.Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose and edit written materials.
III.Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
IV.Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive corporate image to the public.
V.V.Work requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasionally travel overnight.

Salary

€2800 on full-time basis (40 hours) excluding bonus scheme. Bonus scheme will be discussed during the interview process.
